It was a gourmet tour of the world as each of their offices were represented in delicious culinary creations by Executive Chef William Hall and Chef Mauricio Perez.
Celebrating 40 years of giving back to the community and 40 years practicing law, the firm of Keesal, Young & Logan held a grand Open House on Dec. 7, with 500 or so guests on hand to wish them well.
On behalf of the Hong Kong office, a dramatic dragon ice sculpture, surrounded by shrimp and crab was presented on the 13th floor of the Union Bank building along with duck crepes.
An ice sculptured Martini luge celebrated the Anchorage office, on the 14th floor. The San Francisco office was represented with Napa Wine and cheese tasting and a carving station of turkey.
A Sushi station, decked out as a fish market, celebrated the Seattle office.
The Long Beach office is well known for its Risotto, there’s none better agreed guests who also enjoyed the tray passed hors d’oeuvres of petite lamb chops, duck ragu, lobster and toasted coconut in pastry and bacon wrapped dates.
