KYL attorneys Peter Boutin, Neal Robb and Chris Stecher recently prevailed on a Petition to Vacate a sizable Arbitration Award rendered by a FINRA Panel. After the Award was issued, KYL was engaged to file the successful Petition. The Court granted the Petition because (1) the Chair failed to make required disclosures, and (2) the Arbitration Panel refused a postponement request in order to obtain material evidence.
