In a recent FINRA Arbitration, KYL obtained a complete defense award related to a former financial advisor’s claim for wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, defamation, and related claims. The former employee of our financial services client sought over $7 million, plus attorneys’ fees and other relief. After a seven-day hearing, the arbitrators granted our client’s Motion to Dismiss.
