The BTI Consulting Group, a professional market research firm based in Boston, recently released “The Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms.” BTI ranked KYL as among the top 100 law firms in the U.S. in client service. In its eighth annual survey, BTI surveyed more than 250 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and other large companies, and selected the top 100 firms based on attributes BTI considers key to superior client relationships. This is the third year that KYL was recognized in the BTI survey.
