NITYA BHARDWAJ

Nitya Bhardwaj is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Long Beach office. Her practice focuses on a broad range of civil litigation matters, representing clients in securities, employment, and maritime matters. Nitya also works with KYL’s real estate and business transactional group.
Nitya received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, Nitya was a member of the VIS International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, President of the South Asian Law Student Association, and Patent Chair of the Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity Law Students Organization. Outside of law school, Nitya served as Law Student Director on the Board of Directors for the Southern California chapter of the South Asian Bar Association for two consecutive terms. She also interned at a litigation law firm prior to joining Keesal, Young & Logan in 2021.
Nitya graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Neuroscience. During her undergraduate studies, Nitya was a Teaching Assistant for a programming course and a Research Assistant in the Neuroscience Department. She also worked at the City Attorney’s office, working to rehabilitate first-time non-violent offenders, and in the healthcare branch of USC’s technology transfer office.
Nitya has been admitted to practice in the State of California since 2021.
