Bailey Maher is an associate with Keesal, Young, & Logan in its San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on a broad range of civil litigation managers in the securities, employment, and maritime areas.

Bailey graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2022. While in law school, she served as Senior Production Editor for Hastings Law Journal, served on the Executive Board of the Associated Students of UC Hastings (ASUCH), and was President of the Hastings Association of Youth Advocates (HAYA). Bailey worked as a student attorney for the Social Enterprise and Economic Impact Clinic, where she advised clients on corporate governance, compliance, transactional, and operational matters. She also worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and as a research assistant for the publication of a legal remedies textbook.

Bailey graduated with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019, and earned her B.A. in Sociology and minor in Public Policy. She participated in the UCDC program where she spent a semester as a student and legal intern in Washington, DC, and served as a Peter E. Haas Public Service Leadership Fellow in 2018. Bailey also worked as a research assistant at the Berkeley Social Welfare School on a study examining judicial bias, and the Goldman School of Public Policy, where she conducted research on national loan regulation.

Bailey has been admitted to practice in the state of California since 2022.
