Igor Stadnik is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Seattle office. His practice focuses on a broad range of civil litigation matters in the mortgage banking, securities, and maritime industries. Igor has worked on federal and state cases involving claims under TILA, RESPA, civil RICO, FDCPA, Washington’s Consumer Protection Act, and various other state and federal consumer protection laws. Igor has also advised major securities firms with respect to customer complaints against financial advisors. On the maritime side, Igor has worked on cases involving maritime attachment, personal injury, and products liability. He has also conducted multiple internal investigations of alleged environmental violations and related criminal charges involving vessel interests and crewmembers.
Igor graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with a B.A. in both political science and communication. He obtained his law degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2014. In law school, Igor was recognized as achieving the highest mark in his Torts and Insurance Law courses. Prior to beginning his legal career, he co-owned and operated a construction sub-contracting firm in the Pacific Northwest.
Igor is admitted to practice in Washington State, including the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
