Keesal, Young & Logan handles a broad array of intellectual property issues in both its litigation and transactional practices.  On the litigation side, the firm has significant experience representing clients in complex intellectual property matters including copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, software licensing violations, and related issues in state and federal courts.  The firm’s intellectual property litigation expertise also encompasses complex trade secret and unfair competition litigation, many of which matters involve obtaining or resisting injunctive relief.  On the transactional front, the firm works with clients in the acquisition and maintenance of copyrights and domestic and international trademarks.  Members of the firm are also experienced in drafting licenses, assignments, use agreements and related documents used by the firm’s clients in connection with their protection and maintenance of their intellectual property rights.
