Bob Stemler obtained his B.A. degree at the University of Southern California,
in 1984, and a J.D. in 1987. Mr. Stemler was admitted to the California Bar in 1987.
He joined Keesal, Young & Logan in 1987. Mr. Stemler is a shareholder primarily handling corporate, real estate and employment law matters. In addition, Mr. Stemler has represented corporate
clients with respect to employment-related
issues, including, hiring/firing considerations,
wrongful termination claims, discrimination issues, employment contracts and handbooks. Mr. Stemler has represented numerous clients in sale and purchase of
businesses, financings, licensing transactions, commercial transactions, creditor
bankruptcy transactions, formation of business entities and other corporate matters.
Mr. Stemler has acted as lead counsel in the acquisition and divestiture of all
types of real estate, including industrial raw land, office buildings, residential
developments and other industrial properties.
