Nathan Jaskowiak is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan
in its San Francisco office. His practice focuses on securities, employment
and maritime litigation.
Mr. Jaskowiak graduated from the College of William and
Mary with a B.B.A. in 2002. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University School
of Law in 2006, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the
Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Jaskowiak was an associate editor of the Villanova
Law Review and served as judicial extern for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet in the
United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Following his graduation,
Mr. Jaskowiak served two years as law clerk to the Honorable James F. McClure, Jr.
in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Between
his undergraduate studies and law school, Mr. Jaskowiak spent a year teaching English
abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. His hobbies include traveling, photography
and fast-pitch softball.
Mr. Jaskowiak is admitted to practice law in all California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District
of California.
