Marc Greenberg is a shareholder in Keesal, Young & Logan's Long Beach office.
Mr. Greenberg is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District
of California who concentrates his practice in business, general and environmental
litigation. Mr. Greenberg is also involved in intellectual property litigation,
internal corporate investigations, regulatory compliance counseling and criminal
defense. Mr. Greenberg is the Chairman of the Environmental Crimes Committee
of the ABA White Collar Crime Committee, and a nationally recognized speaker on white collar
matters, internal investigations and electronic discovery. Mr. Greenberg is
part of KYL's national emergency response team and coordinates the white collar
crime issues for the team.
Mr. Greenberg, during his tenure with the Department of Justice, received numerous
awards and commendations, including the Department of Justice Director's Award and
the Prosecutor of the Year Award from the International Association of Credit Card
Investigators. His responsibilities included supervision and prosecution of long-term
investigations of international money laundering, extortion and fraud-related offenses. He also serves on the Board for the Ronald McDonald House in Long
Beach.
