Jessica Mather is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in the Long Beach office. Ms. Mather graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. degree in English. While at UCI, she was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. cum laude
in 2009 from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a Dean's scholar and Gunnar Nicholson Endowed scholar. While in law school, Ms. Mather earned a certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute, served on the board of the Women's Legal Association, and worked as associate and symposium editor on Pepperdine's Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law. Her most meaningful law school experience was providing legal services to Union Rescue Mission clients at the Pepperdine Legal Aid Clinic. Her current practice focuses on arbitration and mediation of securities industry disputes, and includes a broad range of maritime and other civil litigation matters.
Ms. Mather became a member of the California Bar in December 2009 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
