Jason Lindsay is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Long Beach office. Mr. Lindsay has worked on a broad range of disputes in state, federal, and arbitration forums, becoming specialized in complex securities litigation and regulatory defense. Recently, he has represented a major financial institution in an NASD arbitration involving allegations of research analyst conflicts of interest. In addition, Mr. Lindsay has arbitrated and handled numerous cases before the NASD for several Wall Street firms and their licensed employees.
He has also represented clients in regulatory matters before the New York Stock Exchange.
Previous results include his role on a trial team that successfully defended a California bank from millions of dollars in claims arising from investments in foreign commercial paper. He was also involved in the successful settlement of a class action alleging unfair business practices against a large financial institution.
Mr. Lindsay graduated from Northwestern University in 1999 with a degree in economics and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2002.
