Garrett Wynne is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its
San Francisco office. Mr. Wynne's
practice focuses primarily on defending broker-dealers and investment professionals in securities litigation, including broker-dealer
arbitrations and regulatory inquiries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wynne was with the Office of Corporate Counsel of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
While at Schwab he represented the company in a number of NASD and NYSE arbitrations
and regulatory matters, as well as in litigation matters including claims brought
pursuant to California’s Unfair Competition Law, Business and Professions Code
section 17200 et seq.
Mr. Wynne received his B.A. degree from the University of California,
Berkeley
in 1993 and obtained his J.D. from the University of San Francisco
in 1998. While in law school he served as a member of the USF Moot Court Board
and competed in the School of Law's Moot Court Competition where he received an
award for best oral argument. Mr. Wynne is admitted to practice law in California.
