Esther
Cho is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Long Beach office.
Ms. Cho's practice focuses on securities litigation, and she has defended financial services firms
in judicial and arbitration proceedings involving claims for suitability, breach
of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, breach of contract and violation of federal
and state securities laws. She has handled numerous cases filed in state and
federal court and before securities arbitration forums such as the NASD, NYSE, PCX
and the AAA. Ms. Cho also defends employment actions and advises clients regarding compliance with employment laws, rules and regulations, hiring and termination issues, and privacy issues.
Ms. Cho received her B.A. in psychology from the University of
California, Los Angeles in 1994 and her J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 1999. Ms. Cho was
admitted to the California Bar in 1999. She is an active member of the community
and currently serves on the Board of Governors at the Long Beach City College Foundation.
