David Tong is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Long Beach office.  Mr. Tong received his B.A. degree in mass communications from the University of California, Berkeley in 2001, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2005.  During law school, Mr. Tong served as a managing editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal, and competed in the 2003 Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition.  While at the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Tong was a four-year competitor for the men’s varsity swimming team.  He is also currently an Ocean Lifeguard Recurrent for the Los Angeles County Fire Department where he acts as a first responder at Venice and Santa Monica beaches.  During Mr. Tong’s academic career, he studied abroad in Sydney, Australia, and London, England.  Mr. Tong is admitted before all state and federal courts in California and before all state courts in Wisconsin.
