 Ailan Liu is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Long Beach office. Ms. Liu received her B.A. degree in International Business from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade in China. Ms. Liu also received a MBA degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 1999. Ms. Liu graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2006. During her law school years, Ms. Liu was a recipient of the Dean's Merit scholarship for three consecutive years. Ms. Liu also was on the Dean's list and the Honor Roll for every year of attendance of the law school.
Ms. Liu had been an associate professor with Southern Yangtze University (SYTU), a national university in China, before she came to the United States for her legal education. While teaching at the university, Ms. Liu served as a director of the Department of International Business with about 30 faculty members. Ms. Liu was also in charge of the Center for International Communication and Education run by School of Business of the university. During her years as a director, the Center successfully conducted several joint programs with colleagues from colleges and universities of the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Ms. Liu is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in California.
